Fleet treasury may be used by the fleet leader and their deputy for paying off fleet mechanics - researching, maintenance, and so on. Fleet treasury consists of gold, silver, and experience.
Experience comes only in the form of a fee. Silver may come in the form of a fee and contribution. Gold comes only in the form of contribution.
Fleet treasury is presented in the form of a table where current earned sums of gold, silver, and experience, current fee rate, the list of members, and their contribution (gold, silver) are presented.
Contributions are presented in two forms - the overall sum of all the time and the current period (period of fleet maintenance). Access to this table has all fleetmembers.
