Captains

In Force of Warships, you can hire a crew for your ship. Each captain has his strengths and improves your ship depending on his skills.

To hire a captain, click on the "Train" button

As you increase the rank of a captain, you improve his unique skill.

Some captains, when increasing their rank get an additional unique skill.

A captain can only operate one ship.
A captain can be transferred to another ship, with his skills retained, and they are also retained when he is suspended.
Captain's training is paid with silver, gold, and experience
